CatRat is a Gabby Cat who is very sneaky, but cares deeply for his friends.
Bio[]
He's the playful, squeezable collector of all things shiny. Thanks to his delicate bone structure, there’s no space too small for him to squeeze in or out of, which means you never know when he’s going to appear out of nowhere from somewhere inside the dollhouse! While he’s a bit of a know-it-all and always thinks he has the answers to any problem that arises, he really does have a good heart and can always make his friends laugh.

CatRat is a cyan blue cat with dark blue marks. He has black eyes, white muzzle and tummy markings. The tips of all his paws are Medium Stone Gray and he also has a striped long tail.

He wears sunglasses, and a whistle. the glass lens for the sunglasses can go up and down.
Fairy[]
CatRat just wears a Kitty Fairy cosplay under the name "Smitty Fairy".
- Head accessories: He wears a flower crown; he also has little antennae with little white fluffy balls.
- Clothes: He wears a green top with a white skirt that looks like a flower.
- Tail: CatRat's tail has a tip which has a flower-like bud that has glow dust inside.

- He is portrayed by Donovan Patton, who is best known as Joe from Blue’s Clues/Blue's Room/Blue's Clues and You! and Bot from Team Umizoomi.
- CatRat is turned into CraftRat after he shakes the snow globe in Mixed-Up Dollhouse.
- More than anything, he DOES NOT LIKE getting wet.
- He got wet for the first time in the Season 2 episode, Pete the Polar Bear.
- He seems to always try to be a bad guy and cause trouble.
- CatRat dresses up as Kitty Fairy in the episode "Dollhouse FairyTales", but when he becomes exposed, he takes on the fake persona of Smitty Fairy, Kitty Fairy's cousin.
- In "Kitty Cat Cam", it is revealed that CatRat's favorite sandwich is a pickle-pepper-cheese-hot sauce sandwich.
- Later, in "The Dollhouse Safari", he is seen making his favorite sandwich.
- Trying to create three new ice cream flavors for Carlita’s ice cream truck, Deep-Freeze Sardines, Donut Delish, and Pickle-Brickle Chunk, he slips on a banana peel, and the ingredients get mixed together, creating Completely CatRat.
- In “Googly Eyes”, he accidentally shakes the googly eye jar, turning a marker, a donut, and a trumpet into troublemakers.
- In “Doodlebook”, CatRat gets stuck on uncontrollable roller skates in the doodlebook. This could possibly be a reference or reused concept from the show Team Umizoomi, where Bot in the episode “Crazy Skates” is in the same dilemma. This is supported by the fact that both characters are voiced by Donovan Patton and both shows are created by Jennifer Twomey.
- During the scene, the background music track is also very similar to the one in “Crazy Skates”.
- CatRat’s catchphrase, “A-toodley-doo”, may also be another reference to Team Umizoomi, where the character Shape Bandit also has that catchphrase. (But like the “Crazy Skates” similarities, this could only be a fun detail.)
- Later on in the show, CatRat got another musical number of his called "Silly Bad Guys." which was first introduced in the Season 9 episode "Baby Box's Craft-Y-Rific Adventure."
